Dear Donor,
Thanks to your generosity, we continue using education as a long-term tool for Ebola preparedness.
When people understand how disease surveillance works, why contact monitoring is necessary, and where to seek reliable information, they are better prepared to respond during an emergency.
Our community education efforts focus on practical knowledge rather than fear. We encourage people to understand prevention measures and share reliable information with family members.
Education also helps reduce stigma because communities can replace rumors and assumptions with facts.
WHO's response framework continues to place community engagement alongside surveillance, contact tracing, clinical preparedness, supplies, and cross-border preparedness.
Your support is investing in knowledge that can continue protecting communities long after the current outbreak ends.
