Dear Donor,
Thanks to your continued support, we are reinforcing the idea that infection prevention is everyone's responsibility.
Healthcare workers have specialized responsibilities, but families, schools, businesses, community leaders, and transport workers also have roles to play.
Our community activities promote hygiene, responsible reporting, safe behavior around suspected illness, and cooperation with health authorities.
These measures help create layers of protection around communities and reduce reliance on a single intervention.
The WHO response continues to combine infection prevention and control with surveillance, contact tracing, clinical preparedness, supplies, and community engagement.
Your contribution is helping communities become active partners in protecting public health.
