South American Initiative is providing relief efforts to Venezuelan refugees living in camps in Cucuta, Colombia. SAI is providing food, medicine and personal care products to the refugees.
SAI delivers bags of food to Venzuelan refugee families in Cucuta, Colombia. The bags include pasta, rice, oil, beans, coffee, corn flour, wheat flour and butter. In addition, SAI provides medications as requested by the refugees. We also provide essential personal care items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo and deodorant. Venezuelans are in their deepest time of need because they are having difficulty finding jobs due to the lockdown and refugee status.
