Dear valued supporters of the Virgin Islands Children's Museum’s Art Exploration Initiative,

Your support has made it possible for us to celebrate Youth Art Month in the US Virgin Islands and promote the healing power of art through the national theme of "Healing Through Color".

Youth Art Month is a time to recognize the importance of art education in our community and the positive impact it has on our physical and psychological well-being. Through art, we can express ourselves, explore our emotions, and find healing and release. Your contributions have helped us create a platform for young artists to showcase their talents and inspire others to appreciate the beauty of art. The exhibit opening took place on March 15th and presented hundreds of students' works in various mediums including drawing, painting, sculpture, claymation, and the performance arts. Attendees had the chance to appreciate visual artworks, engage in creating their own art, enjoy music, and participate in dancing in the VICM communityl art space.

As we continue to showcase youth art throughout the year, we want to remind everyone that our art exploration initiatives are ongoing: GlobalGiving Campaign Art Exploration Campaign #49363. We encourage you to follow us on social media and visit the Virgin Islands Children's Museum in St. Thomas to view local youth art. Your continued support is vital in helping us expand art programs in schools, stimulate new art initiatives, and promote the value of art education in our community.

Thank you once again for your generosity and commitment to the arts. Together, we can create a brighter future for young artists in the US Virgin Islands.

Warm regards,

Virgin Islands Children's Museum Team
