Dear donors,
Thousands of widows in conflict-affected regions of Nigeria lack access to safe maternal health care. Many give birth without skilled attendants, facing high risks of death, hemorrhage, and long-term complications. This project will provide widows with antenatal care, skilled delivery services, postnatal support, and maternal health counseling through clinics and mobile health camps.
Emergency referrals will be arranged for high-risk cases. Initial donations have been received, but additional funds are needed to expand staffing, supplies, and outreach to remote areas.
Your support will reduce preventable maternal deaths, improve newborn survival, and restore dignity and hope for mothers in war-torn communities. By training local birth attendants, the project will create a lasting network of safe maternal care.
Warm regards,
Joy O. Etubi
