 Overview of Recent Activities:

• We diligently compiled a comprehensive docket highlighting WAFA's significant achievements and impactful work throughout the years. This dossier serves as a testament to our commitment and aims to resonate with potential corporate partners and sponsors, elucidating the essence of WAFA's mission.

• Our efforts have been directed towards engaging donors, sponsors, and corporate partners. Their collaboration is vital in streamlining the financial resources needed to make WAFA Awards 2024 a resounding success. We are grateful for the positive responses and the shared vision towards sustainability.

• Currently, we are actively working on assembling a selection committee. This committee will play a pivotal role in creating the framework for the application process, ensuring that the most deserving initiatives are acknowledged and celebrated.

• Recognizing the need for effective outreach, we are in the process of expanding our Marketing and PR team. The ongoing interview and selection process aim to identify individuals who share our passion for sustainability and possess the skills to effectively communicate WAFA's mission.The Event Management and Admin Team has already been set up.
