Rare disease families benefit greatly from the support of their community - from the encouragement and advice of other families who understand what they're going through. We hold an annual conference to encourage the development of these relationships, but some families can not afford the expense and stress of traveling to this event. This scholarship fund is to help such families enjoy all the benefits of our community.
Many families who would benefit from meeting others with White-Sutton syndrome can not afford to travel.
It will allow us to provide such families with the chance to meet and build support relationships with other families.
Long-term supportive bonds and the chance to connect with others in order to further causes important to the White-Sutton syndrome community.
