Bhumi's School Transformation Project (STP) addresses the pressing need for systemic change in the education sector. It aims to ensure equitable access to quality education for all children through initiatives targeting teaching quality, environmental awareness, socio-emotional well-being, and school infrastructure. By empowering underprivileged students, promoting gender equality, and fostering a culture of inclusivity, the STP strives to create a brighter future.
In a country where some children struggle to access quality education, particularly those from marginalized backgrounds, the need for systemic change in the education sector is evident. Many schools lack essential resources and infrastructure, leaving students disadvantaged and hindering their learning journey.
Bhumi's School Transformation Project (STP), a comprehensive initiative to revolutionize the education landscape in underserved communities. So far, we've reached out to 35,008 students, with 3,022 sessions and 251 volunteers. By improving teaching quality, promoting environmental awareness, fostering socio-emotional well-being, and enhancing school infrastructure, the STP seeks to ensure that every child has access to a quality education aligned with their needs and aspirations
The STP aims to empower underprivileged children, especially girls, to pursue higher education and careers in STEM fields. The project aims to reduce dropout rates and provide students with the necessary resources to succeed academically by offering scholarships and support programs. Additionally, initiatives focusing on environmental education and socio-emotional learning contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
