Impact of Widow's can through our project

Supporting widows with skills and opportunities is crucial for their economic empowerment. Training programs in diverse skills, ranging from vocational to entrepreneurial, can enhance their employability. Additionally, providing access to job opportunities or facilitating entrepreneurship initiatives enables widows to build sustainable livelihoods, fostering independence and resilience. Collaborative efforts with local communities and businesses further strengthen the impact of these initiatives. We have witnessed a lot of impact I'm term of economic empowerment and here are our highlights of our training activities 

Business training skills encompass a range of competencies essential for successful entrepreneurship. Key components often include:

Business Planning: Teaching widow's how to develop comprehensive business plans, including market analysis, financial projections, and strategic goals.

Financial Literacy: Equipping widow's with the knowledge to manage finances, create budgets, and understand basic accounting principles.

Marketing Strategies: Providing widow's insights into effective marketing techniques, branding, and customer acquisition strategies to promote business growth.

Sales and Negotiation:Training widow's on sales techniques, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills to enhance revenue generation

Digital Literacy:Educating entrepreneurs on leveraging digital tools for online presence, e-commerce, and digital marketing. Through which our widow's are able to sell products online 

Networking: Building interpersonal skills and fostering connections within the business community to create opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Problem-solving: Developing the ability to identify and address challenges that may arise in a business, fostering adaptability and resilience.which has helped our widow's to manage and solve The problem 

Leadership and Team Management: Instilling leadership qualities and effective team management skills for sustainable business development.

Tailoring these skills to the specific needs of aspiring entrepreneurs contributes to their overall business acumen and increases the likelihood of success in the competitive business landscape.

Impact

Out of series of training in a year we have successfully supported 150 widow's, 50 have already established their business at the moment.

Future plan

Year 2024 we are planning for seeking seed capital to support the widow to gain stability
