Report: On Roadmap Of Kole Intellectual Forum 2025
By George Obua | Project Leader
A roadmap is a vital part of strategic planning for a non-profit organization (NPO) like Kole Intellectual Forum; and it is meant to help the organization translate its vision and goals into actions and results, and to align their organizational team, stakeholders, and resources around a common purpose.
Strategically, it is a planning tool that outlines an organizational strategic objectives, goals, and actions’ steps over a specific period of time and obviously, it provides a clear, comprehensive, and cohesive plan of how the organization can achieve its mission, vision, and goals.
For the case of the year 2025, like any other previous years, Kole Intellectual Forum intends to edit all its project’s programs by December 31, 2024; following the directive from the General Meeting of 2023 held at the Organizational main Hall on March 6, 2024

The meaning and purpose solidarity at work place
Purpose: Solidarity at work place
The strongest movement Kole Intellectual Forum is fighting to build is about establishing solidarity among its staff with the hope of going beyond completing only for their organizational tasks, but rather to establish a deeper connection between colleagues based on shared values and a shared purpose. And they are doing this by making the staff to generally participating into the projects’ tasks together, as well as strengthening their unity while cultivating a sense of individualism and togetherness to their achievement.
On the other hand, according to this reporter’s observation; he noted that: solidarity at Kole Intellectual Forum has built a sense of community at their work place and also given support among employees, which has led to many benefits to their work place; giving them:
- A stronger bargaining power: they feel they are united, and has given them a better chance of getting better pay and working conditions.
- A more worker involvement at the organization: this is motivating to work more freely
- Positive effect on the organization: Employee behavior through solidary has an overall positive effect on the functioning of the organization.
- Reinforces values: Solidarity actions are promoting organizational values.
- Responds to employees' search for meaning: at the organization also, solidarity actions has responded to employees' search for meaning.
