Leadership skills is a tool of empowerment

According to the observation of Kole Intellectual Forum, they revealed that:a well-executed mentor-mentee matching training for their students for the plan of making them better future leaders, particularly in their Institute of Home Economics and beyond has given them a profound benefit. Not only by boosting their satisfaction but also enhances engagement and fosters a sense of trust in the organizational leadership.
Such kind of programs to promote internal leadership, is encouraging a long-term working relationship, building a stronger connection that is aligned in terms of purpose and compatibility and establishing an easier way to communicate and collaborate effectively.
Breaking down barriers and empower individuals, encouraging an inclusive environment where all members have the opportunity to thrive and grow, meeting both their personal objectives and contributing collectively to the organization's success, with the support from the donors on the platform of GlobalGiving are the relevant strategies the team of Kole Intellectual Forum are using to foster their project sustainability

Singing cultural songs to deliver the message
Incorporating indigenous people's culture in education system has played a key role in improving values of education in a various perspective; Kole Intellectual Forum has learned.
In that: it fosters an inclusive, equitable, and effective learning environments; enhancing students' understanding of the world, promoting critical thinking, and strengthening í their cultural identity and self-esteem. By recognizing and valuing diverse perspectives, education can better prepare students to thrive in a globalized world.
Culturally, a relevant curriculum according to Kole Intellectual Forum, makes learning more meaningful and engaging for students by connecting it to their lived experiences and backgrounds; motivating and engaging them in their studies; broadening their understanding of the world and fostering their critical thinking; while at the same time improving on their academic performance.

A good Home for Human Development

Why should we advocate for a good home on this planet called the earth?
Although most of the people put much emphasis in a good home in terms of building, but for the case of Kole Intellectual Forum, a good home is treated and considered as a place where one feels comfortable, safe, relaxed, loved and a place s/he can rely on. It is also taken as a place where one looks forward to going at the end of his or her day; house amongst others, is just a few blocks those are kept around to modernity a good home. Finally, some members of Kole Intellectual Forum are training their students to understand that a good home is in a safe community with lots of friendly people.
As noted above, to modernity a good home that can support human development; it should hould be taken by their students of home economics that: they (the students) should be in thtto the designing of their good homes while considering, a good location, a place where they easily approach everything for their living purposes,
