Not only by boosting their satisfaction but also enhances engagement and fosters a sense of trust in the organizational leadership.
Such kind of programs to promote internal leadership, is encouraging a long-term working relationship, building a stronger connection that is aligned in terms of purpose and compatibility and establishing an easier way to communicate and collaborate effectively.
