With the observation of the promoters of Kole Intellectual Forum, they have presented that: many people have failed to make it to the successful life because, they have not known that, they can transform their lives by simply having a moment of retreat, reflection or mediating about their ways of lives.
With these in place, one can come to have a moment of his or her mindfulness about life, using techniques like focusing on breath, observing surroundings, journaling, or guided meditations that prompt thinking about his or her personal growth, past experiences, and gratitude, helping him of her to manage his or her emotions, improve focus, and appreciate his or her journey life.
Key methods use iby Kole Intellectual Forum include deep breathing exercises, body scans, mindful listening, and focusing on sensory details to cultivate present-moment awareness and inner calm, linking simple actions to deeper self-understanding.

Incorporating indigenous people's culture in education system has played a key role in improving values of education in a various perspective; Kole Intellectual Forum has learned.
In that: it fosters an inclusive, equitable, and effective learning environments; enhancing students' understanding of the world, promoting critical thinking, and strengthening í their cultural identity and self-esteem. By recognizing and valuing diverse perspectives, education can better prepare students to thrive in a globalized world.
