Celebrating their story of success: KIFA
Kole Intellectual Forum, today this June 9, 2025 East African Time in this report together with their cable team and the real beneficiaries; very grateful to celebrate their organizational success of bouncing back to Number 1 superstar on the platform of GlobalGiving that had been displaced from them about two months ago. This has been important to them, because it is one thing that has enable their staff of course to boost their morale, reinforcing them positively, and there is hope that it can strengthen relationships with GlobalGiving and the donors on the platform. By acknowledging this achievements, individuals and teams of the organization have gained a sense of accomplishment, which can motivate them to continue striving for excellence. Celebrating this success will also be fostering a positive work environment and encouraging them for future collaboration.
Kole Intellectual Forum, this celebration hope reflect to the members that, they've done well and made them to identify their areas of improvement and this has led to understand valuable learning experiences and continuous growth at the organization.
