KIFA's (Kole Intellectual Forum's) constitution is subsidiary to national law
Kole Intellectual forum, a Community Based Organization, registered by the Local Government of Kole District, is one such an organization who is govern by its constitution; and its constitution too, is a subsidiary law that must be consistent to the nation's constitution; taking into the account that: Kole Intellectual Forum that, constitution of Uganda is the fundamental, supreme law from which all other laws derive their authority. Adherence to the constitution ensures that all laws are valid, protects citizens' rights and freedoms, maintains governmental legitimacy, and upholds the overall rule of law within the country.
We are grateful to report to this platform that: the constitution of Uganda is where Kole Intellectual Forum derived its constitution from with due respect to it; meaning any law or government action that conflicts with it is considered void and has no legal effect.
