To our supporters,
From the bottom our hearts, te promoters and of course from those ones (the beneficiaries),; we are grateful to report to report to you that: yearly, the members of Kole Intellectual Forum try to ensure they follow the law and also work together with their Kole District official officials in their everything they do to enable them excute their duties.
From this point of view, Kole Intellectual Forum has been able to remain consistent in their ways of excuting their duties, because of the trust they have built among the community they work for, district officials of Kole District Local Government of Uganda, and of course the donors those are supporting their cuases; particularly, the doors on the platform of GlobalGiving.
Hence, the trust they have built is the foudation of the existance of Kole Intellectual Forum.

Empower them with sewing machine: Practice
At Kole Intellectual Forum, unlike other training Institution is one such organization that believes in at the phrase that: "Practice makes perfect"; a sentence deliver to mean consistent, repeated effort leads to mastery or high skill in a task, while at the same time, encouraging perseverance by showing that improvement comes from doing something often, whether it's sports, music, writing, or any form of action like those done at the vocational Institutions. On the other hand, the phrase is meant to say that: the action is frequently taken or is just to say, if the work is focused at, it can give one at path way to become very good at it.
That is when we can report to you our supporters that: with your gifts that you always donate to us at Kole Intellectual Forum, part of it, is used to procure sewing machines and given to every child to make her concentrate or practice her all the time she is at the classroom.
Hence, at the end of the course, she would have learnt a lot; and at the end of her course she takes the machine as part of her start up capital.

With intention of using a multi-faceted approach centered on bridging the gap between academic learning and industry needs, with also a strong emphasis on practical skills, real-world experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset; Kole Intellectual is exposing their students to the job market for job creation; calling for a serious innovation in the their life cycles under the following strategies:
Kole Intellectual Forum is calling for an educational reforms and curriculum alignment
- Whereby they are called for to integrate practical, market-relevant skills: a Curriculum that should be updated regularly in collaboration with industries to ensure they meet evolving job market needs, including digital literacy, data analysis, and technical proficiencies.
- Emphasize soft skills: Training should cover essential soft skills like communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving, which are highly valued by employers.
- Promote project-based and experiential learning: Incorporating hands-on activities, case studies, and group discussions helps students apply knowledge to real-world situations.
Among others are also practical experience and industry Connections
- Kole Intellectual forum wants to see that, there should be mandatory internships and apprenticeships: Integrating structured work experience programs into the curriculum allows students to gain valuable on-the-job experience and build professional networks.
- Industry-academia collaboration: Fostering strong partnerships with local businesses helps identify skill demands, facilitates the creation of internships, and allows for joint research projects.
- Industry visits and guest speakers: Organizing visits to companies and inviting successful professionals as role models exposes students to different work environments and career paths.
While on the other hand, also advocating for, fostering an entrepreneurial Mindset
- Entrepreneurship education: Offering courses on business planning, financial management, and marketing can equip students with the knowledge needed to start their own businesses and become job creators rather than job seekers.
- Access to funding and mentorship: Providing access to microloans, grants, business incubators, and mentorship programs from successful entrepreneurs can support student startups.
- Cultivate an "entrepreneurial" spirit: Encouraging students to see opportunities and develop innovative solutions within existing organizations, even if they choose not to start their own business immediately.
