Research outreach program: Developed by KIFA
KIFA or Kole Intellectual Forum is with fund it is recieving from the platform of GlobalGiving, the organization is very much concerned about finding the best way of addressing community problem through research outreach program; that is, involving their members to find out community's specific problems and to ensure they derive solutions to these problems together with them; by promoting their relevancy, effectiveness and sustainability. Of course, this kind of approach, has brought about numerous benefits to both the community, bebneficiries and the organization itself.
Kole intellectual Forum has found out that this approach, problem-Specific research Outreach program is very essential to both the community and the organization because, it:
Addresses Root Causes: Generic outreach often provides "Band-Aid" solutions. Focusing on specific problems (example, lack of educational resources, or mental health stigma) allows initiatives to address underlying issues, leading to lasting change; ensures Relevance and Accessibility: By understanding a community's unique cultural, social, and economic context and needs, outreach programs can be tailored to be culturally relevant and accessible. This increases the likelihood that residents will use the services or participate in programs; and builds Trust and Buy-In: When community members see that their specific concerns are being heard and addressed, it have built trust with the organization.
Basically, and sincerely speaking, this genuine engagement encourages a sense of ownership and shared responsibility, making the community more likely to participate in the planning and execution of initiatives developed by KIFA (Kole Intellectual Forum)
