Working towards achieving organizational Progress is drawn from several meetings as it is set by Kole Intellectual Forum

In an attempt to make clear decisions, solve problems, and share information, as they facilitate direct communication, collaboration, and alignment; Kole Intellectual Forum, has to always try as much as possible to organize frequent meetings to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals, which can be more difficult to achieve through other communication methods other meetings.

The core reasons that Kole Intellectual Forum is using to ensure that they see the progress of their Institute is to hold several meetings in the name of:

• Decision-making: Meetings allow them to discuss options and reach a consensus on a course of action.
• Problem-solving: That meetings provide a forum for teams to collaborate, brainstorm solutions, and use critical thinking skills to overcome challenges.
• Information sharing: Meetings are essential for keeping everyone informed, updating teams on projects, and briefing members on important news.
• Collaboration and idea generation: they believe that, when people are in the same space, they can engage in dynamic exchanges of ideas that spark new creativity and insight.
• Alignment and clarity: on the other perspective, meetings has help them to ensure everyone on a team understands shared goals and clarify misalignments that might not be apparent in written communication.
• Team building and morale: Regular meetings have also contributed to the improvement of morale, foster a sense of team cohesion, and provide opportunities for employees/students to connect and build trust.

time and again, year in and out, just like a young crop or seedlings needs a right environment to grow into a strong tree, so do our human children need a supportive and stimulating environment to make them explore into their full latent; a task that Kole Intellectual Forum is dealing with in their areas of operation in Kole District since 2018. Of course, it is a situation that: they are providing a range of nurturing conditions to their youngsters with what is needed for their proper development.

The task is circumnavigated around the following areas:

• Education and Cognitive Development: they are engaging their students to the early childhood education and continuous learning which are vital for developing problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and language acquisition, which are the foundations for future academic and professional success
• Social and Emotional Health: they are encouraging them in positive interactions, by as well securing relationships, and opportunities which can help children to develop empathy, self-regulation, and the ability to form healthy relationships, all of which are seen as tools for essential social cohesion and personal well-being.
• Physical Well-being: on the other hand, they are advocating for an adequate nutrition, physical activity, and healthcare during their formative years to ensure they realize a healthy physical development, which lowers the risk of chronic diseases and mental health issues in their lives.
