She's the lady on the right hand side
Rose Mary (not her real name, is one such lady who joined Kole Intellectual Forum in the academic year 2026). Her story of hope to join the Institute of Home Economics of the organization came as a miracle.
She cannot believe now, but it's now the reality the she is now part of the students. Initially, she had no hope of going back to school, given that: when she lost one of her single parent (the mother) and she was living with grand mother, it was only not until when she went to visit her elder sister, a place about 5 kilometer from the offices of Kole Intellectual forum; that was when same came across the team of the Institute (KIFA) recruiting children out of school within that area. It was from that point that the story of her hope to learn came to be and that was when she had the opportunity to be recruited and at present, she is now studingat the Institute of Home Economics - Kole Intellectual Forum came to be.
She happened to be among those who were interviewed, sort listed and recruited within that specific time. Today the girl is too proud of her living hope and she states that: if she completes her studies, and she is given her sewing machine, she will begin her work shop in their village.

The Pride of Patriotism at KIFA
In an actual sense, patriotism is one of the subjects taught at Kole Intellectual Forum’s Institute of Home Economics to display an action that expresses deep love, loyalty, and pride for the students to their nation - Uganda through dancing, with the national flag as a central visual symbol. This act is a powerful and celebratory display of national identity and unity.
By so doing that: it makes the students to display their sense of:
Expression in Patriotism: by publicly demonstrating their national pride, during their weekly assemblies at cultural events and ceremonies
Celebrating their National Identity: by dancing at the assemblies, they highlight their nation's values, history, and its collective identity to its people.
Cultural Performance: it serves as a vibrant and artistic way to honor the country
Unity and Commemoration: Such performances is meant to bring these students together, by allowing them to connect with their heritage and the shared their values of their nation.

General Meeting: yearly Quarterly Meeting

2025 Annual General Meeting: KIFA
A yearly quarterly general meeting for the year 2026 for Kole Intellectual Forum has been conducted purposely to review the activities of the organization.
The review was meant to check on the organizational performance, approve financial statements, and conduct an elect or re-elect board of members. At this very particular meeting the members also discussed strategies for the running year and other years to come; among other things, those were discussed included: on the strategy to raise funds, platform has also provided for members a moment to ask questions, and enable shareholders to vote on in positions that needed changes according to the guide line of the organization.
The purposes of this year’s an AGM was due to conduct:
- Financial Review: Present and review the organization's financial statements and performance from the previous year.
- Shareholder/Member Engagement: Provide a forum for members to ask questions and engage with the company's management about its activities and plans.
- Elections: Elect or re-elect members of the governing body, such as the board of directors, committee members, or trustees.
- Decision-Making: Vote on important corporate decisions, which can include changes to the organization's governing documents or other "special business".
- Future Planning: Discuss and set the future direction and strategies for the upcoming year.
- Transparency and Accountability: Foster transparency and accountability by providing stakeholders with an official overview of the company's performance and future commitments.
