Exposure adds value to quality education

There is a common and a global campaign going on all over the world about the most ever known core principle of the development ; and, that is, what we today call it education. The elite, the illerate, the religious, the philosophers, the economists, the culturalists, and everybody alike, embrasses the value of education in their society; but unfortunately, the limitation of its all is consolidated in theories and practicals. In other words, the advocacies of quality education are limited to the best performance in classroom or in the laboratories at all levels; being it medically or otherwise.

A gap that Kole Intellectual Forum is adocating for; and claimming that: whatever quality of education one can acquire including the gaining of the experiences as most the employers claim; wiithout proper exposure of the world that surrouds such candidate; such candidate would still not compell the actual development that is expected out of him/her. He/she will still lack confident in his/her environment, lack sense of direction, lack quality of human holistic life, lack knowledge and quality of development and among others, lack knowledge of where to tap and allocate resources. Relationships are essential to survive in society. They provide emotional and social support to thrive. Especially in classrooms, relationships are crucial to creating a positive learning environment.

The teacher-student relationship is one of the vital human relationships that help build an engaging and important learning ecosystem. According to research conducted by Kole Intellectual Forum reveals that: a positive teacher-student relationships improve students’ engagement levels in the short and long run. 

On the other hand, another studies those were generated by Beumeister & Leary (1995) and Ryan & Deci (2000) show out that, positive teacher-student relationships can increase prediction and reduce nervousness among teachers. It helps teachers to personalize lessons based on individual students’ learning pace. 

It was therefore concluded by Kole Intellectual Forum, Institute of Knowledge that: the overall, teacher-student relationship building is helpful for both teachers and students. So, the Institute is developing this topic into the in-depth to elevate the education level of their students.
