Creating and Inclusive Environment: Students
Kole Intellectual Forum has a number of ways of creating an inclusive environment to their students by developing an inclusion participation to students of different background, meeting in the new class for the first time. This time, the year 2026, new students are made to start a new class with a parade as an excellent, high-energy way to build community, establish rapport, and create immediate engagement; and this is building on their successful educational practices, combining creative, hands-on preparation with a symbolic march that fosters inclusion.
In the parade the students are participating at, it acts as a "show and tell" where students explain their "float" to their peers during the march and immediately and quickly generate the moral of building friendship among them.

Fostering Development: Patriotic Agenda
Kole Intellectual Forum, a Community Based Organization, fostering development in its area of operation, is promoting Patriotic love for oneself and country as an important dual-layered of life, positive, and constructive sentiment, most often they describe it as an instrument of a "moral duty" or "virtue" that combines self-worth with a deep, affectionate attachment to one’s homeland.
It is not merely blind loyalty or flag-waving, but rather a "critical intelligence they are building in the hearts of their students" that works for the betterment of the nation while prioritizing the well-being and dignity of its people. Based on the principle of scouting they are proclaiming the agenda at Kole Intellectual Forum Institute of Home Economics.
