Dealing with the students individually and communally
At, Kole Intellectual Forum, we respect the values, knowledge, and culture of every student; to individually understand their strength and weaknesses and device means of engaging them in all aspects of their subjects. Every Instructor of the Institute is given about 3 students to study her thoroughly and to go further to share their experiences in the class and value them is the main characteristic of individual differences.
In the same way, they are also exposed to communal approach; whereby they are also given moment to be taught together and also to share among themselves what they have learnt.
They ideal of these two approaches according the instructors, they said that: the approaches have help them to impact more knowledge t their students of 2023 than those of the previous years.

Creating details of the projects Awareness to the Government
In the same way that the organization, Kole Intellectual Forum is creating Awareness to the community to let them know about the establishment of the projects they are understanding and the ones they plan to undertake; the team of the organization on the other hand putting it across to the officials of Kole District Local Government so that they are made aware of what is happening at the organization and what is the intended plan.
In the picture above, it indicates the team of Kole Intellectual Forum presenting their case to the Education Officer, elaborating to him one by one, what they had been doing to their students in the previous years and the new project they intend to establish this year, 2025.
The Education Officer was impressed of the case and appreciated the support the donors on the platform is doing; and also at the same time advised the team of the organization to use the funds they getting in collaboration to the District office; especially, on the guidance.

Creating project awareness to the community
Although there are several approaches to create awareness of the projects to the community; Kole Intellectual Forum is approaching the campaign through a number of ways; that: tend to bring some others to consider the project details : in the words of “elucidating,” “inspiring,” “to make . . . conscious about the benefit of the projects,” “to unleash their particulars,” “to encourage reflection on what will happened,” “to promote dialogue among the promoters and the beneficiaries,” “to debate its details further,” “to contribute to the less dialectic debate in future,” “to reveal the intension of the projects before they take off,” “to unbox people's thinking,” and “to make people think again.”
With opening of the New Year 2025 and that of the new project from the old one; that is from to: Empower a Girl: For Self-Reliance to be: Promoting Real Healthy Families: Home Economics; the organization is doing its best to advocate for these projects awareness to their community.
