Equipping students with learning materials
With learning materials and equipment equipments, at vocational Institutions and skilling ground are the paramount tools that one cannot do without them; but for us, at, Kole Intellectual these have been possible because of the constant support the organization is getting from the donors at the platform of GlobalGiving. Glory and thanks be to those Institutions.
The fund they are offering to the Institute of Knowledge of Kole Intellectual Forum is helping them to acquire what are needed in terms of learning equipments and materials; hence, making training very easy and students are picking up in the training very well.

Consultations with the hope of modification: Mission
In Africa, there are a number of Institutions that are highly respected because of their valus of holding the societies together. For that matter, Kole Intellectual Forum, who is a Community Based Organization, deeply rooted in the society and doing things that benefity them; and, also being such an organization that believes in the modification of its mission according to the will of the community; the organization, is constantly carrying out a research in form of consultation with the intention to get the actual facts about how to operate properly by drawing the data from various Institutions that constitute to the formation of the society that they are working for.
This particular consultation was made among the religious community of the area where the organization is workin and they are giving out their views about how the organization is working and how it should modify their mission

The parents witness: Giving start-up equipment
Parents of the out of school students engaged intergrated into the Girls’ empowermnet project were equipped with start-up tools (elding machine and start-up cash fund) to enable them start up their youth empowerment project within their local community. Onlooking at the equipments are the representative of the parents on the day of their graduation at the current site of the Institute of Knowledge.
The intention to bring the parents on board is to ensure that safeguard the project from the failing; this is from the iinitial stage the parents were first engage in the decision making and in support the project
On the day of passing out, the parents promised to safeguard the project and they said that: they will do all that is possible to ensure the project realize a sense of sustainability
