We want to express the power of LOVE to all our Donors; and their LOVE to mankind at the project of Kole Intellectual Forum

Kindly be informed that:

In the meeting held among the members of Board of Kole Intellectual Forum on 17/7/2020 to review the activities of the organization through Zoom from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. EAT; as the lockdown for COVID-19 continues to almost all the countries around the Globe including Uganda, where the this report is being written; the members of Board of the organization were very appreciative to their donors on the platform of GlobalGiving for their continuous support to the organization; even during this difficult time of COVID-19; especially, when, they, the members of Board, as per the guidance of their organizational financial policy, agreed to re-allocate the fund you (the donors on the platform) had donated to their organization to promote quality, sustainable, & potential education of the affected children of the majority of the common men, that are poorly performing in public primary schools of the post war area of Northern Uganda, to prevent the spread of COVID-19 within the region; by providing health units, communities and some government’s institution; with face masks & liquid soap.

In that respect, members of Board has directed, the project Leader of Kole Intellectual forum to send to all their donors a printable an alamy stock photo of appreciation; to show them (their donors) how golden they (the members) appreciate the donations they always received you to serve the mankind purposively; and they would like to promise to them that: every single donation that is/will be received by their organization, will always, be used appropriately; and, they also inform you that: your donations to Kole Intellectual Forum is in a safe hands today, tomorrow and forever more.

Dear Brethrens,

Permit me to say that: localization; investing time and resources in building and strengthening capacities and relationship in an original place is a worthwhile goal to capture international interest; in other words allow us to say, Kole Intellectual Forum, is a community-based organization, that is interested to examine the phenomenon exactly in place where it occurs; putting in mind that: working with smaller, community-based organizations like Kole Intellectual Forum allows you to develop wider outreach efforts with much fewer resources that can be welcome by all – locally or internationally.

We are therefore grateful to pronounce that: Kole Intellectual Forum is working like a machine that goes in front and backwards; at one time, it can produce a high quality processed product; if it moves back for the second time, it will remove and process the bye product that was left behind and so on and so on. And this is done with all the components and accessories that make up the machine and those that make it runs.

The truth is that: Kole Intellectual Forum as a machine; after identifying a problem in education sector; particularly, in public primary schools in Kole district, Northern Uganda; it first identified the needy school in Kole district – that was Angic primary school – and went on building the components and accessories those could make it possible for it to operate; the educational stakeholders; that included children, the teachers, parents, religious leaders, donors, GlobalGiving and the community in general. From 2016, the organization is moving in front and backwards engaging every other person that matters in its operation and collecting all the processed bye product and high quality product alike. This can be justified by the improvement in performance of children, high rate of enrolment and low rate of drop-outs, engagement of out of schools children to the exploration of a number of potential education; just among others. reference can be viewed in our project reports in the link given below.

In the meeting that was held on the 13/7/2020; at one of the community members’ home at Angic Upper Cell, Kole district, Northern Uganda; the title of the meeting was that COVID-19, Project, Hand Over, and parents meeting. This meeting reviewed what the organization is doing during this difficult time of COVID-19; examined all the projects the organization is engaged at; including the delayed ones because of COVID-19; the reactivated ones; especially, the boys’ skill training that was completed and the organization empowered them with welding and fabrication tool kits (tool with a mission); and the one for the girls for Home Economics.

The parents expressed their commitment to what Kole Intellectual Forum is doing; they thanked the donors for supporting them; and Kole Intellectual Forum also on the other hand embraced their commitments and promised that: together we will move the world to another level; leaving no stone unturned.
