Kole Intellectual Forum through its usual research, found out that: motivating students is one of the things that make most of them more to achieve their full potential and find success. The study reveals that, it is an essential ingredient in effective teaching and learning and it doesn't only yield more positive behavior in students, but it also contributes to a greater sense of wellbeing. Making it easier for their staff (Kole Intellectual Forum) to under tand the weakness and the strength of each student
In this report, Kole Intellectual Forum is informing the readers that: they use both intrinsic and extrinsic type of motivation; with the hope of building up an holistic personalities.

The Girl introduces her husband to the Institue
Joy (not her real name), a daughter above; could not wait any more to express her gratitude to Kole Intellectual Forum; particularly, to the donors on the platform of GlobalGiving that had and are still supporting the cause of their project.
She is among the 5 girls who successfully underwent and completed her training of Home Economics at Institute of Home Economics and she was dealy passed out 2022.
With the type of the training she underwent, she was a lady that everybody at the institute admired; and she is giving thanks to the Institute for mentoring her.
For that matter, she has got a lovely Husband that has just married her. She felt it would be better to introduce him to the Institute and her beneficiaries for the good job well done in her life.

Planting trees: beatification & Environmental protection
“The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second-best time is now.” Mandela W.F (2021) and asserted that: We must act now to mitigate the effects of climate change and see success in the future for our environment.
With the interest to act now: Kole intellectual Forum is engaging their students in their project under the project of the construction of the Institute of Home Economics to garden and greening the construction with flowers and tree planting
The initiative is meant to beatify the construction and empower the students with the knowledge of external design in Home management as well as protecting the environment.
And basically, the students are being trained to handle solid waste, ranging from trash collection and segregation at source to compost manure production and collection of non-biodegradable waste for sale. The project is linked to Home Management and environmental protection among other things.
