Clearing of the site verses Training of the youth In conjunction to the agreement made between the selected and recruited out of school youth and Kole Intellectual Forum; purposely, to see that, these two parties work in due respect towards each other’s agreement to trained the youth on the construction work at one side and they are expected to build the institute at a cost to be met by Kole Intellectual Forum on the other part; on the 4/03/2021 after writing the agreement and dully accepted by the both parties; youth, mainly boys reported at the Inatitute and they are at the moment taking up their action in the parts they consent to.
Looking at the the photo above, you can see the youth clearing the site that they are expected to build the proposed institute of Home Economics at that very particular place; meanwhile, below are different stages of their training at the Kole Intellectual Forum’s rented house of the Institute of Home Economics for boys where their training is being conducted.

Youth, Empower, Training, Building an Institute

From 28/02/2022, youth started the training
Youth, Empower, Training on construction work has already started with the intention to engage them in the building of an Institute of Home Economics at a cost as had been agreed on by the youth and the organization (Kole intellectual Forum)
Following, the training Agreement between the youth and the organization (Kole Intellectual Forum); to train the former on the construction work as a gate way towards the preparation to support each other; particularly, to engage the youth into income generating activities and at the same time making the organization (Kole Intellectual Forum) to keep its promise to build an Institute of Home Economics, come 2022; all linked to various report and an appeal as follows:

With this, the training of 11 boys (youth) have already started at the rented ground of the extended Institute of Home Economics from those of girls at Aboke town Council, Kole District Northern Uganda; as you can see from the photos above.
After two months, from March 2022; the youth will be expected to start their work at the new site of the Institute.

Youth reported for he training ready to build their own Institute
It has been a long awaited plan to implement the Youth Empowerment Project Angic: Reviewed link on the platform of GlobalGiving at: https://www.globalgiving.org/dy/v2/pe/progress-report/edit-progress-report.html?project.projId=31562&progressReport.id=176123
However, when Kole Intellectual Forum in Uganda launched for a plan to construct an Institute of Home Economics to empower the girls to fights for their holistic rights at all aspect; and, the idea was to the greatest extent supported by the donors on the monthly basic; particularly, during 2021#GivingTuesday & year-end; the members of Board of the organization (Kole Intellectual Forum) on their regular meetings to review and direct the fund and activities of the organization being recieved for GlobalGiiving and other ddonors; they resolved to incorporate this project into that of the empowerment of girls in the sense that: instead of hiring builders from elsewhere to build the institute; they proposed that these boys should be trained for two months according to the consultation and decision arrived at by the youth and the team of the organization in their previous meeting.
There youth therefore reported to Kole Intellectual Forum Institute of Home Economics (Rented) on the 25/02/2022; ready to be trained and they build their own institute as per their agreement link at: https://www.globalgiving.org/dy/v2/pe/progress-report/edit-progress-report.html?project.projId=31562&progressReport.id=187042
