The training that includes patriotic approach
To spark the spirit of patriotism in youth at their Institute: Kole Intellectual Forum spark off at the patriotic debate on their syllabus by saying that:
“By this we mean, someone rightly once said that: the future hinge on to the young generation. Hence it becomes our duty to serve the nation and make every possible effort to make our county and society much better”.
Strongly, among others, so does Kole Intellectual Forum to believe that: teaching patriotism at their Institute can help their students to build up a sense of identity. Above all, it can also help them to feel like they belong to their country; to have a chance to understand that they have a purpose in their society and to build their characteristic development in all walks of lives.
The purpose of the training patriotic approach in the Kole Intellectual Forum's Institute of basic education is to ensure that: the feeling of love is cultivated to the nation, ones heart and in the hearts of the others; particularly, among the youth of the country; so that, they act as responsible citizens; for the case of their bright future in the country, to protect and preserve their nation and act in the best of their interest that can outshine the world and world over.

When an organization, a company, an Institute, or a body plans to groom people for value and growth at any given time, location and moment in the name of Mentoring and Apprenticeship, those group of people are expected thrive for the better; Kole Intellectual Forum who is primarily a prime implementer of the element of such project: the organization advocates that, the training should be that, that uses the best training method that everyone can admire to use and apply. It should be at a situation where trainees can truly benefit from such a personalized learning structure and boost their mentor-trainee relationship, and facilitate their future career.
How is Kole Intellectual Forum doing it?
Currently the organization in doing in 6 different ways to hence the improvement and add value to the training; that is, through:
- Focus on results, rather than training. ...
- Make an effort to learn. ...
- Focus on activities, rather than skills. ...
- Monitor the business statistics. ...
- Set up a balanced scorecard. ... and
- Select “squirrels”: train to the right people in the right place.

The dream or the plan has become true.
In September, 2021: Kole Intellectual Forum had a dream or a plan to construct the most ever modern Institute of Home of Economics that can stand the test of the current century; appeal at on the GlobalGiving link at: Big Plan to construct an Institute, in 2022, $100,000; More modernized & high quality Institute; and many others.
We are grateful to report to you our supporters that since then when you started donating to our organization in 2018 and when we made an appeal for the building of the Institute; your donations have done a tremendous things; they made it possible to build the maturity of the organization and the beneficiaries; transformed the dream or plan to the complexities of the Institute of Home Economics into a tangible thing – the report is saying, you are too great to the organization, institute, beneficiaries, the community; you are the heart of the organization.
We therefore inform you that: with you at heart, many great things are due to happen and the lives of the beneficies greatly improved.
