From 2015; Kole Intellectual Forum has been conducting Action Research, that is to say, the organization has been engaging in a wide variety of evaluative, investigative, and analytical research methods; that is designed to diagnose problems or weaknesses—whether organizational, academic, or instructional—and to help educators develop practical solutions to address them quickly and efficiently in public primary schools of post war area of Northern Uganda; specifically, Angic public primary school.
But this alone could not bring everything requires in the the studies; Kole Intellectual Forum therefore in 2019, opted to incorporate one private primary school in the process for the purpose of comparison; so that, the organization can come up with the similarities and differences in those two types of similar but different managerial institutions. The school selected is St Benedictine Nursary and Primary school in Bala Sub-County, Kole District Northern Uganda.
In these schools (St Benedictine Nursary and Primary school and Angic public primary school: Kole Intellectual Forum has conducted a number of interviews, consultations, even giving support to this school using the fund the organization recieved from the platform of GlobalGiving.
The truth about the study is that: problem associated with education is very broad; and we hope by 2021 we shall have come up with a comprehensive report. Hence, organization is still calling for your support on its project page link to: http://goto.gg/31562
