KIFA stands for KOLE INTELLECTUAL FORUM
For one year of working with GlobalGiving from May 2018; Kole Intellectual Forum has adopted the four key principles of GlobalGiving that speak about: Listen, Act, Learn, and Repeat, as a means of cycle of success for any given NGO; and as the year, 2019 comes to an end; the organization Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) has sent its staff for a simple survey to listen to what the community is saying about their successes, and failures in their program which they are undertaking to promote quality and sustainable Education at Angic Primary School, Kole District, Northern Uganda.
FEEDBACK
Although communities appreciate the concept of promoting quality Education at Angic Primary school by KIFA; they are at the same time; requesting for more effort on the issue of sustainability of education in their area. Kole Intellectual Forum in 2019/20 is engaging 12 boys in skill training, with the hope of empowering them with startup capital; that is why the community is asking from them the same issue for girls. For boys is linked to: https://www.globalgiving.org/dy/v2/pe/progress-report/edit-progress-report.html?project.projId=31562&progressReport.id=13794,
With that feedback given above, link to members of the Board’s decisions (KIFA). Kole Intellectual Forum intends, come 2020, to start up girls vocational skill training in both; tailoring and home economics under the GlobalGiving’s Kole Intellectual Forum project page link to; http://goto.gg/31562
