Objectively, Kole Intellectual Forum; after listening, acting, learning a lot about ways of promoting quality and sustainable education in Uganda; specifically, at Angic primary school in Kole District Northern Uganda; the organization in the beginning of the year 2020, intends to repeat what it had done in 2019; but in the same and different ways to maintain sustainability.
In 2019, the organization promoted quality education in the public school mentioned above; and entered into partnership with Human Technical Development centre to trained 12 boys in welding with hope of giving them start-up capital when they finish the training in March 2020; details about it is at: https://www.GlobalGiving.org/dy/v2/pe/progress-report/edit-progress-report.html?project.projId=31562&progressReport.id=137944
The organization on the other hand this year 2020; instead of engaging boys into skill training this year, it will deal with the girls those are part of the their intervention from 2017 at Angic primary school, Kole District. The sewing and over locking machines being assembled above, is part of plan undertaking by the organization to prepared for the recruitment of 20 girls in Home Economics in Febrary 2020; after receiving crowdfunding donations of $545 for November 2019 from its GlobalGiving’s project page link to: http://goto.gg/31562
This is because according to the organization, the finding indicates that what can work well for the girls out of school in this area is to give them knowledge of Home Economics. In that home economic will engage them in:
