Kole intellectual forum has developed a system called “Financial Transparency”, this is to make the organization to openly account for the resources it is receiving from any source to its beneficiaries, the donors, community and to the platform of GlobalGiving that is helping them to raise fund to support their mission. This is organizational attempt to display a desirable characteristic of financial reporting according to its code of ethics and financial policy and procedure to reveal an entity's underlying economy in a way that is readily understandable by those supporting the organization as well as those who are benefitting from the support. This has been line to the Kole Intellectual Forum’s Financial Policy and procedure and the idea the organization borrowed from Barth & Schipper (2008) and a sample of GlobalGiving’s financial management statements (GG Rewards' lession).
On the other hand, to Kole Intellectual Forum, "Financial transparency" means making a clear information to donors and beneficiaries as more accessible as possible; that is, making the organizational performance more “timely, meaningful and reliability disclosed without hiding anything.
This is the second time the organization is disclosing its financial position publicly without fear or favors; especially, the fund it begun to receive from the platform of GlobalGiving from 2018 to July 2019.
Firstly, when the GlobalGiving field traveler came to verify the organizational project site; and secondly, this time, when the organization is declaring the same publicly to the donors, beneficiaries, community and the unique individuals, and organizations or intend be a potential donor to the organization.
