KIFA stands for Kole Intellectual Forum
For a long time of lockdown globally, including the offices of Kole Intellectual Forum because of COVID-19; following directives of World Health Organization, implemented by the individual Government; for the case of Kole Intellectual Forum; was the Government of Uganda; the team of Kole Intellectual Forum could not come together face-face for about 3 months, to see what was going on within the organization despite the fact that, they used to hold meetings through teleconferencing; it was until June 10, 2020, when the quruantine to certain extent lfted by the Government of Uganda, that the founder members (3 out of 5) convened at the Headquarter at Te-Okole Village, Ogwanga Cuma parish, Aboke Sub-County, Kole District, Northern Uganda to view what had been done and what will be done has per the decisions of the members of the board as far as COVID-19 is concerned.
They verified all the past activities and mandated the project leader to implement the decisions of the Board members; but, these should be in line to need assessment; meaning that: everything that will be implemented by the project leader must first be in consultation to Kole District COVID-19 Task Force, approve by the members of Board and founder members.
Kole Intellectual Forum is therefore interested to serve the living members of its community; other than burying any member of its community as COVID-19 threaten the world and Kole district in particular. Kindly join them on GlobalGiving project page link at: http://goto.gg/31562
