“The Girls project is in the waiting to take off soon after unlocking the world worldwide from COVID-19… empowering others to operate in greatness… Adopted ideas by Kole Intellectual Forum to empower 20 girls”
This is the greatest idea of Phyllis Newhouse: she is an entrepreneur, retired military senior non commissioned officer, mentor, Founder and CEO of Xtreme Solutions, Inc. and Founder of ShoulderUp. A pioneer in cybersecurity, she is the first woman to win an Ernst & Young (EY) Entrepreneur Of The Year® award in the technology category. Passionate about women-led businesses, in the learning by the team of Kole Intellectual Forum, is that: she is known to be that: that teaches aspiring entrepreneurs to recognize and capitalize on their leadership skills and empowers others to operate in greatness. These details was extracted from her website link at: https://www.phyllisnewhouse.com/meetphyllis
Inspire by her advocate is Kole Intellectual Forum; although the founder members of the organization had started to advocate for the same before; to explore the potential of the entire children not only girls; but, both boys and girls; however, with her knowledge (Phyllis Newhouse) that has been leant; on the meeting held on 24/07/2020, between the parents of the girls and the girls themselves, including Kole Intellectual Forum’s team, at Angic Upper Cell, Angic Parish, Bala Sub-County, Kole District, Northern Uganda; under the organizational planned move, to engage these girls into Home Economics; the meeting supported the organization’s plan to encourage women movement to speak up, stand up and shoulder up issues, while allowing them to see by themselves in a different context; on how to grow their influence, encouraging them to increase their economic power and create their own with powerful legacy through that training of Home Economics.
Although the plan to implement this project has been interrupted by the lockdown that emerged from COVID-19 worldwide; the selected 20 girls together with their parents, echoed the voices and support symbolized with their donations to the Kole Intellectual Forum’s project leader. To them (the community who donated), the money stands for the strengths they have given the organization to defeat any weakness or threat that may face it; and the eggs, are the symbols of opportunities that: that conceived ideas of empowering these girls is bless to hatch into wealth for generations & generations.
In that same meeting, when asked for, the community identified some few old aged individuals that are heavily heated by the effect of COVID-19 within the area; the team of Kole Intellectual Forum noted them and they promised to visit them in the coming weeks.
