In an attempt to have the status of the organization updated to have an inform Decision-Making, solve the problems the organization is encountering, build a strong team work, share ideas; and be innovative in moving the organization; the staff of Kole Intellectual Forum, have agreed to ensure that: they a hold a periodically staff meetings monthly at their Head Quarters at Te-Okole Village, Ogwangacuma Parish, Aboke Sub-County, Kole District Northern Uganda starting from the month of November 2020 when they opened up an organizational Institute of Home Economics.
The second meeting since the establishment of the Institute was opened on the 30/9/2020 was held on the 4/12/2020; and a number of the past activities and assignments given to the staff in the first meeting were reviewed during in the present of the project leader; and some of the staff were again assigned to ensure they work in collaboration to the project leader to raise fund to meet the mission of the organization on the platform of GlobalGiving during this year end 2020 crowd funding platform.
The staff promised to be vigilant and work towards achieving the organizational goal since there is an element transparency and trustworthiness in the organization.
