For the purposes of careful planning and preparation, inclusion and demographic diversity, collaboration and shared purpose, openness and learning, transparency and trust, impact and action in the organization; Kole Intellectual Forum, a Community Based-Organization, that is deeply rooted in the community, working for the community that it serves at the conflict area of Northern Uganda; with focus on promotion of quality, sustainable, and potential education and of recent modified its program to include prevention of COVID-19 within the same area; as has always been its believe in successful community engagement to increase their knowledge on every issue that they always try to address; when the organization admitted 10 girls in their academy of Home Economics; and the girls reported at the Institute on the 30/9/3020; the organization is trying to build supportiveness, solidarity, and identity among the donors and community by calling the community to see what they are doing with the donors fund; as well as reporting the activities it is doing for the community and those that: that it is doing with community to the donors.
On the 10/12/2020, the community around the institute, the parents of the girls at the institute, a representative from World Vision Kole/Oyam cluster, and well-wishers were invited at the organizational Institute of Home Economics to come and help the management of the organization in the planning on how to move the institution as well as observing and commenting on what the organization doing since they opened up the institute.
A lot of share vision, mission, objectives and goals were observed and the management of the organization were left on track; ready to move the institute to another level.
