To influence and advocate for more allocation of resources to key citizens’ priority service sectors of Kole District; Kole Intellectual Forum was among the few CSOs within the district that was brought on Board further to engage the District Technical Planning Committee in the data that they had previously collected on the 7/12/2020 from other CSOs in collaboration with the few Kole District technical team; especially, the Senior District planner and District Community officer.
In the presentation by CSOs held on the 16/12/2020: there was Chief Administrative Officer, Senior District planner and all Heads of departments of the district.
The Authorities appreciated the imitative of CSOs and encouraged them to continue to be doing the same if a tall they want the community the serve to demand for the service delivery from the office bearers; they further inform the CSOs that their data for the purposes of budget planning is very important because they are more informed and at the same time they work closer to the community than any other authority.
CSOs and Kole District agreed to be working together and they will be holding quarterly meeting to share ideas,
