Instructor Julie (not her name) is one of the instructors recruited at Kole Intellectual Forum in 2020 at Institute of Home Economics to handle one of the Course Units in the name of Textile &Tailoring. When she was interviewed by the penal of members of Board with the intention of renewing her 3 months of orientation; Julie accepted to take up another 6 months of contract and continued to say, if permitted after that, she will be able to accept the appointment as a full time employee of the organization; given the level of professionalism the team at the organization are exhibiting; sighting at closely followed organizational code of conduct, financial management policy, human resource policy, 5 years’ organizational development strategic plan among others.
In her three months’ tenancy at the organization, Julie claimed to have been very successful because of support she was getting from the organization and the students that made her to perform her duties to her expectations and that of the organization. To her, successes of anyone or an organization, she explained, is not the effort of one person, but a combination of many and she is grateful that: young as she is, and having worked in other two places before she joined institute of Home Economics of Kole Intellectual Forum; she can learnt from her past experience that, she is now successful at Kole Intellectual Forum because the organization has managed to put up a system in place.
