The weekly review meetings at Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) that are always conducted by the students and at least one or two member(s) of the staff of the organization since January 2021; they have found it out that the concept is very important, because the concept tends to address actions, items, roadblocks, and questions from the upcoming weeks or barriers from the previous weeks. These regular meetings that are always being held at the Institute according to one of the staff, he observed that, the meetings have made a number of tremendous progresses at the Institute in term of learning, building unity, relationships among students and staff and the community at large
