In a bid to build up a strong working relationship for the two mutual understanding between the two parties; Kole Intellectual Forum through its formal ways of doing things that has made it possible for the organization to be trusted by the donors on the platform of GlobalGiving and ranked Number 1 superstar for consistently close to three months since December, 2022; as well as, being trusted by the community it works for; on the 18/02/2022, the organization has consulted and entered into legally binding arrangement between the youth that at one time they had trained on the welding fabrication as part of its ongoing big plan to build an Institute of Home Economics. Details of these youth empowerment reviewed project and Big Plan to construct an institute of Home Economics and they are linked as follow:

On this recent agreement between the youth and Kole Intellectual Forum in full reads as follows: a) To train the youth on the construction work; b) To share the expenses of raining during the two months of the cours; c) To participate (the youth) in the building of the Institute of Home Economics of KIFA (Kole Intellectual Forum) at the cost to be determined by the organization
The purpose of this agreement is to consider the youth the organization had previously trained in the welding fabrication and empower them through the ongoing project to empower the girls to fight for their rights and COVID-19 in Uganda.
The organizational target is to meet its goal in less than two years from now; although the project started from 2016 with the intention to promote quality, sustainable and potential education of children at public school in Kole district, Northern Uganda.
