Capacity Building of the Organizational Staff – Kole Intellectual Forum - with the help of donations being recieved from the platform of GlobalGiving
Having understood the importance of the positive impact of the staff capacity building that if not done it can affect the organizational revenue, competitiveness, and performance; Kole Intellectual Forum through the usual decisions made that is done yearly by the members of Board to see that their staff’s capacity to perform to the organization are built; the organization has selected some two staff of the organization and they have taken them for further training; 1) the staff above, is undergoing training in certificate in Community Mobilization and social Development from one of the prominent Institution within the region; and, the other one is undertaking undertaking certificate in Agriculture
The aim of the supreme decision making’s body of the organization (the members of the board) is intended to improve on the employees' knowledge, skills, understanding, values, attitude, motivation, and capacity necessary to perform well at the organizational work .
After the completion, they are met to be posted in the relevant positions of the organization.
