Staff capacity Building, improving on the performance of the organization
Dear our Benefactors,
Our brothers and sisters, supporting many projects on the platform of GlobalGiving, kindly believe with us that: your continuous donations to Kole Intellectual Forum is greatly doing what you many not expect among others to help organization build the capacity of their staff; and this has been in line to the guideline dictated upon by the organizational financial policy; that says that, all the application of the fund of the organization that comes in, in any form or at any course, should be decided upon by the members of boards of the organization.
For instance: In the previous report linked to about the capacity building of the staff at: https://www.globalgiving.org/dy/v2/pe/progress-report/edit-progress-report.html?project.projId=31562&progressReport.id=192474
In that report, it indicates that, the staff is currently undertaking a certificate course in community mobilization and child development; and in the same way, this report, indicates another staff of Kole Intellectual Forum that was visited at her University as shown the photo above and below; she is on the other hand with the support from fund from GlobalGiving undertaking a certificate course in Agriculture. After finishing the program, according to the expectation of the organization she is expected to help the organization in manage the poultry unit of the organization.
