The long awaited plan, call for proposal and preparation for the construction of the Institute of Home by Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) in Uganda; particularly, in Kole District was on 2/6/2022 flagged off by the Kole Town Council Physical Planner at exaltly 10:00 am East African Time.
The youth out of school being talked to by the Physical Planner at this site that had been contructed to build the Institute with the intention to employed them during the contruction are the ones expected to carry out the exercise.
Before doing anything at the site: Kole Town Council Planner was on the ground to guide the builders of what was expected by their authority in reference to the approval physical planning of the building. Above all, he also had a moment to brief the youth and at same time appreciating the organization - Kole intellectual Forum - through their donors of what they are doing in Kole District.
