To create the kind of inclusive workplace culture, Kole Intellectual Forum has decided to build its working environment particularly from their own students; the ones are being built from the classroom to a number of issues base three things, that:
The students were made to know by the project leader that: “Once any of them start to assume a management role, he or she should be aware that: management is not just about competency – but about understanding once subject matter and executing it properly. In comparison, management is more less like about rallying, motivating and coaching people to realize a goal or ambition that they otherwise wouldn’t have done by themselves,”
