Why should we delay them to acquire experience in any work place first to be recruited into the job market? Can’t experiences be built to the youngsters our fellow development partners? What are the individuals, Governments, NPOs, and International bodies doing to utilize these excessive opportunities of change and progress existing among the youngsters globally?
Kole intellectual Forum is reporting to you (its supporters) that: with support from donations on the platform of GlobalGiving, they have tested the concept and they seeing it working out very well; particularly, through an evidence base that you can see in our photos in this report andwe do expect this move to drive a generational shift and ultimately achieve societal change undoubtedly in the most soonest within their society as it can as well work elsewhere.
Hence, the point is now that simple that: let us take an urgent action now to build our healthier, happier, more resilient young people within our society and anybody can do that.
See the youth above: from scratch, put into an intensive training of Block Laying and Concrete Building for 2 months and brought into real paid up construct work together with the supervisors; and now where is the problem?
