As Kole Intellectual Forum is gaining its strength in all aspects of its project maturity; the organization on the other hand very conscious about how it can also develop its human resource capacity including general capacities of their community, in particular those that are surrounding her or those that are being served by the project.
The two individual-persons seen above; the lady, is the staff of Kole Intellectual Forum, undergoing the training in certificate in community mobilization and development in one of the great Institute of Social Development and social works; meanwhile, the boy in the same picture, is a student in senior two from the community and he is being supported by Kole Intellectual Forum. The reported to the office on the 08/04/2022
By the completion of the building of the Institute of Home Economics of Kole Intellectual Forum as you can see the construction underway; members of Board of Kole Intellectual Forum is advocating that: the Institute should be run relevant staff with relevant qualification and should be of benefit to the community among others.
