Building culture through sociability & solidarity at Kole Intellectual Forum
As it has always been known over a time tat: Culture is a word that has been viewed by many scholars including Kole Intellectual Forum as an element of ties that operates within community; Of course, an outcome of how people relate to one another; with the view that: communities exist at workplace just as they do outside the commercial arena. Like families, villages, schools, organizations, and clubs; meanwhile for the case of businesses, it rests on patterns of social interaction that sustain them over time or undoing them. Culture is therefore built on shared interests and mutual obligations and thrive on cooperation and friendships. It is because of the commonality of all communities that we believe an organizational culture can be better understood when viewed through the same lens that has illuminated the study of human organizations for nearly 150 years.
Generally speaking, sociability is a measure of sincere friendliness among members of a community; meanwhile, solidarity is a measure of a community's ability to pursue shared objectives quickly and effectively, regardless of personal ties that holds anybody to the organization together.
From the key words of: "Building culture through sociability & solidarity at Kole Intellectual Forum"; the team of Kole Intellectual Forum intend to mean that: their organization operates witin a cuture or a tradition that, communities and the organization are moving on with ties to tackle organizational mission on the basis of a sincere friendships; that is, to pursue shared organizational objectives quickly and effectively, regardless of personal ties that holds anybody to the organization together.
