Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) Staff understanding community mobilization tools & techniques
Kole Intellectual Forum: a Community – Led organization in Northern Uganda, has identified community mobilization tools and techniques that they can use it to bring about comprehensive strategic community interventions that, minimizes the risk factors and capitalize on those factors that pave the way for a successful programme intervention, aiming at community development or advocacy campaign; by ensuring they sent one of their staff to undertake a program course of Community Mobilization and Development at a social science Institute of Nsamizi found in Northern Uganda.
Objectivity, Kole Intellectual Forum is focusing on social resources mobilization; that is, built on the organizational strength to ensure that: all organizational activities undertaken by an organization staff secures new and additional financial, human and material resources to advance its mission. Inherent in efforts to mobilize resources is the drive for organizational sustainability.
The staff in this report is being prepared Nsamizi Institute of Social Science purposely to learn how to deal with organizational risk factors through comprehensive strategic community interventions by promoting good leadership and democratic decision making.
