In the facts finding mission facilitated by Kole Intellectual Forum in the recent days of its organizational advancement to a better development and influence policy makers in what the organization is doing to continue with the building of the Institute of Home Economics in its area of operations; particularly, in Kole District, Northern Uganda; the organization has focused on the psychology of behavior science and industrial psychology those advocate for science of work and human resource development; and because of that, the organization is using the tool to influence the mindset of the policy makers and the people within the community to support the construction of the Institute of Home Economics
For the positive side of it, as Kole Intellectual Forum continues to receive donations from the platform of GlobalGiving the organization on the other hand also continues to use the for the further advancement of the construction of the Institute. Hence, drawing attention of the community and policy makers to support the cause of the organization. A number of girl children with their parents are seeking admissions from the Institute and many policy makers have rally their support for the construction of the Institute.
