The story of Generational Thinking
The Founder Member of the father of Kole Intellectual Forum that doubles as project Leader of the organization; narrated his story to one of the project leaders.
As he recorded the story, the founder member told him that: the history of Kole Intellectual Forum started from the University where he was doing his Masters Degree in Sustainable Peace and Conflict Management from around 2011; that was when his genrational thinking started by asking the question as to how he could rebuild their lipidiated post conflict area of their region.
Indeed, it was not very easy to come up with a clear focus area; but through aggressive research conducted which was based on to an actionable one; the focus was finally placed onto the education focus, and, in and out of school in primary schools within the manageable approach (Kole District, Northern Uganda)
In that: a number of data were collected; paper presentation done; several discussions encouraged and debates mercilessly generated; hence, the idea landed on to the generaational thinking; a situation where founder members intend to ensure; they sow the seeds for the generation to come beyound today basing on generational thinking in terms of lagacy taangible intangible legacies that can exist from tommorrow and some years to come
