Re-shape, Re-generate, & Re-invent an Outcome
Kole Intellectual Forum whose aim is to re-shape, re-generate, and re-invent a unique and a clear minded outcome or output from a fully processed ideas generated from a junck files of data; not only from their students but from a number of delegates that can be able to participate in an interactive roundtable discussion focusing on professional development opportunities. The conversation in the view of the promoters of the organization is expected to centre around identifying and securing one’s next career step for their students at the Institute of Home Economics mainly girls; including the boys that at one time were through the decision of the members of Board were also integrated into girls' project.
There is no doubt that: the organization and their team leadership team have already tackled sustainability from various angles. Whereas in the past they used to treat it as a topic where often lip service was paid but little action was taken, whereas nowadays it has gained significantly in depth – most notably, as it relates to goal setting and programs built and centred that can be developed from aroundtable hard facts and data to derive at a unique implementation process.
However, all this progress can easily be nullified if an organization’s people strategy is not aligned with its (sustainability) objectives. It appears it is exactly here, through a serious roundtable discussions, according to Kole Intellectual Forum, where that particular organization acknowledges more action needed – not for lack of wanting but mostly because the team leaders are sometimes continuously being pulled into different directions, having to “fire-fight” and deal with urgent matters in the here-and-now in re-shaping, re-generating, & re-inventing a clear minded unique outcome or output like the trianing of the boys shown below.
