Report on the research to establish Impact of Kole Intellectual Forum's project on the girls.
Kole Intellectual Forum after developing a project that is expected to be an impact orientation; for the purposes of evaluation, the team of the organization have designed an interactive research question and deployed among their students to investigate into their planned project under implementation to find out whether it is aiming at achieving defined outcomes and impact. The question which was engineered among girls was that: How do you feel about the impact of your training at the Institute of Economics of Kole Intellectual Forum?
After a careful analysis by the team of the interviewers, the reaction was found out to be very verse, with similarities and differences according to the analysis; for instances, others noted that their learning at the Institute was imparted oriented because for life they have learnt how to be impact-driven person; that is to say as they are leaving the Institute for being self-reliance, they will be people who can endeavor to source the areas of concern and sense worth from outside or in other words, they would people who can primarily be reactive and externally focused – meaning that, they would they would be those who can see something missing or wrong in the world and taking massive action to fix it. Meanwhile others observed it that: the training has modeled them to be those people who can evaluate successes and failures, draw conclusions from mistakes and continuously improve onoutcomes and impacts of development co-operation with partners and target groups.
