Issues of ethical Behavior promoted at KIFA
Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA)
With so much at stake, Kole Intellectual Forum feels and wonders why so much unethical behavior continues to exist in other non-profit organizations across the globe. The answer, they found it that, it primarily lies within human nature and each individual’s commitment to ethical behavior that needs to be controlled or addressed in case it moves out of order.
As we know, people in their different human nature; they have various capacities for moral judgment. Some people have trouble recognizing morality and others have trouble analyzing it; given that, everyone has different priorities related to moral behavior. In addition, outside influences can impact everyone’s ability to hold tightly to their moral values.
To uphold ethical behavior, Kole Intellectual Forum has developed a number of policies; from Human resource policy to code of ethics to financial policy among others to enable their workers to recognize their ethics and integrity when they perform organizational activities. Because of that, the organizational workers are a daring to their moral recognition which helping them to make moral decision-making which requires them to decide on how to act in an ethically correct manner.
