Group activities enable students to perform
To discover deeper meaning in the content and improve on thinking skills among the students of Kole Intellectual Forum, the Instructors of their Institute are advocating and campaigning for group activities in their training for a better performance. The group work has made their training at the Institute to be more effective and has given the students the opportunity to learn at a more higher-level of content that generates a thoughtful-provoking issue, difficult to understand matters, or that calls for a multiple interpretations to be grumpily handled from a diverse ideas.
This has helped students of the Institute according to the Instructors to develop skills specifically through collaborative efforts and allowing students to...tackle more complex problems than they could have done them individually; delegate roles and responsibilities among themselves; share diverse perspectives; pool knowledge and skills together; and to hold one another accountable to each other and to her work for a better performance.
