Empower aGirl Child: Empower a Global Health
With the understanding that: the health and productivity of the Global society is dependent upon eliminating the ignorance of fighting gender inequality that prevent girls from achieving their full potential health-wise. Although, we are also aware that, some progress has been made in reducing social, economic and health disparities between men and women, but still gender equality continues to be an elusive goal. The Millinnium Development Goal (2000 - 2015) and the Sustainable Development Goal (2015 - 2030) including Intergovernmental aspirations to empower women and stress that must begin with a girl child among others is to expose them to the available health services offer to the Health Facilities are among the key demand for the support of these goals.
Following that footstep: it was on Monday of November 28, 2022; the team of Kole Intellectual Forum adventure into the process of introducing the students of Home Economics to the making them to understand the available health services that can be of great importance to them at any given health facility that they can at any time access them; this had been with the intention of the two goals mentioned above; hence, Empower a Girl Child, Improve on a Global Health of Human society.
